Cancellation Policy

✨There is a $20 non-refundable deposit. If there is a need for your you to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your booked reservation. You will be charged 40% of the service. Any questions you may have please reach out directly. ✨ Please note that due to limited seating, there may be one additional guest present during your appointment alongside the person receiving the service. We appreciate your understanding. ✨ To keep appointments running smoothly for everyone, if detangling takes longer than 10 minutes, a $35 fee will be added.
