Appointment Policies ✨ Deposits & Cancellations There is a $20 non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 40% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged. ✨ Payments The remaining balance of your appointment is due in full immediately after all services have been completed. Accepted payment methods include Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Failure to pay the remaining balance after services have been completed may result in collection efforts and/or legal action to recover the unpaid balance. ✨ Guests Please note that due to limited seating, there may be one additional guest present during your appointment alongside the person receiving the service. We appreciate your understanding. ✨ Detangling Fee To keep appointments running smoothly for everyone, if detangling takes longer than 10 minutes, a $35 detangling fee will be added to your service total.
